Nothing good about this restaurant! In fact it gets worse every single time my family breaks down and decides to try it again. Not only is the food bad, but the attitudes of the people working there are the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant business. When they mess up on your order to go, they give you completely attitude when it comes to fixing your order. Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this restaurant! ~~ The bad attitude there is by far the worst thing about this restaurant!!! ~~

So we stopped for lunch immediately upon entering the establishment we did not feel very welcomed by the woman who was hosting and waitressing. We received no greeting and were told to sit anywhere . We order our food and it felt like we got the cold shoulder from our host / waitress who barely said a word to us. When we asked if the five dollar and $0.15 portion of egg flower soup was enough to to feed two people the answer we received was" probably". The egg flower soup had meat it which I had never had before in any Chinese restaurant . However the soup was quite tasty and portion was large enough to feed 2 to 3 people easily the crab puffs were not good at all over cooked the point where they were almost burnt. The inside was some kind of a crappy mixed fake crab meat with mayonnaise the sauce to accompany it was simply hot mustard with sesame seeds the sauce on the table was hot mustard mix with apricots perhaps not too tasty. For a main dish we ordered chicken fried rice and it was an average chicken fried rice for the Southern Oregon area which doesn't say much if you can cook better at home why come to this place I'm not even chinese and I can cook better fried rice . If the hostess / waitress was more personable it perhaps it would offset the average tasting food and make people want to come back no one wants to eat in a place where they do not feel welcomed.

Rude employees. Horrible food. 20 years ago this place was good.

Not bad!!!! Was actually pretty good for my normally high standards! Had the almond chicken chow mein, fried rice, and Szechwan chicken. They let you basically make your own combinations, which is awesome :) Overall, fun place to eat!

Worst Chinese food I've tasted, pork fried rice tasted plain and orange chicken was sour.

For a place with few Chinese this place was ok. BBQ pork lacked flavor though.

Worst "Chinese" food I've ever had. Country gravy on Chinese food? Wtf? No thanks, "ya'll".

Not even worth the time it takes to give it a bad review. Stay away

It used to be good but has gotten worse and worse. Last time my Black Bean Chicken was bad and chewy.Couldn't even eat it. Their water smells and tastes odd too. The food isn't good at all anymore.

Horrible. I walked in to place an order of chow mein to go (how hard is that, right?) and got something completely different. Since I had already gotten back to the office I decided to eat what they gave me and boy was that a mistake. Never again...I don't care how close this place is to work....

This truly is the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The waitress was very rude also. The soup of the day was potato (in a Chinese restaurant??) And the waitress said that they put non-dairy creamer in it! DO NOT GO HERE!

Just the best! Try the pork Ciao Mien or Szechuan Chicken...awesome! The Snow Peas with Beef rocked my palate.

Nice flavor and great service. The Chow Main here is great! It's located at a convenient intersection, easy to find. The chefs here are very experienced.

Good food, nice staff (they really do remember you when you walk in the door-nice!) Portions are plentiful, food arrives quickly. The Mar Far Chicken is our favorite dish. The dining room has a kitschy feel that my son and I like. It's one of the few restaurants in White City. So, it's usually packed and does a booming take out business. But, they work hard to take care of customers.

Every single time I come here, it's a great experience and super tasty food. The staff is incredibly nice and the prices are excellent. Some people just like to hate - in my opinion, they've got some of the best Chinese in the Valley.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
